Each competitor will be ranked in search traffic across the keywords selected. The report will help analyze keyword density across the competitor's web pages.
- Traffic Analysis - Magic Logix will perform a comprehensive Web site review and analyze existing metrics. Based on these reports Magic Logix will provide initial and ongoing recommendations on keywords, targeted search engines, and architecture of the Web site. Review of existing site traffic, including referring, direct and search sources. Review of visitor profiles, including browser capabilities, network access, and geographic data. Analysis of top landing and exit pages, and content for enhancing site architecture. Review of conversion paths and abandonment funnels.
- Keyword Analysis & Selection - Choosing the appropriate keywords or key phrases is essential to successful SEM. Magic Logix will work with the client to identify keywords and/or phrases that are relevant to the client's product and services. Magic Logix will then research these keywords for their frequency of use within top search engines and provide recommendations based on this data. Magic Logix will provide analysis and recommendations for adding new or updating existing Web site content to encourage higher search engine placement. Magic Logix's primary goal will be in helping the client fully optimize the sites' content. - Resubmission to Search Engines and Directories - Magic Logix will manually resubmit the site to the major search engines and directories for indexing every 3 months or upon major content updates. Any costs and fees charged by the individual search engines is the responsibility of the client.

- Periodic SEO Maintenance - Magic Logix will actively monitor the results of the search engine marketing activities and make recommendations as necessary to ensure optimal results. This includes a monthly review and advisory meeting with the client to discuss new strategies.
- General Advisory and Client Education - Magic Logix will advise and educate the client on new Web and ecommerce technologies, search engine updates, site enhancements and integrated marketing ideas. This does not include the development or implementation of such recommendations.
- Reporting - Magic Logix will provide monthly reports reviewed each month via conference call or email.
